After high school, I had no clue what I wanted to do.
I ended up knocking doors selling solar. Two years of rejection, cold winters, long days and constant “no’s.”
At first, it felt like chaos, but that’s when it clicked. Sales didn’t care about my background or degree. It cared about performance. If I improved, I earned more. If I didn’t, I didn’t.
That obsession with getting better led me into tech sales and eventually becoming an Account Executive. Over the last four years the real shift wasn’t just working harder, it was understanding the psychology behind why conversations convert.
I didn’t start with a clear path, but the pursuit of mastery led us to build Dialseed.
